WHAT IS PROJECTLIT?
ProjectLit is a national literacy movement committed to empowering young readers and leaders by reading and discussing culturally relevant books and promoting a love of reading. A member of the national organization, Link Community Charter School's chapter was established in 2019 by three Link ELA teachers Ms. Seegers and Mrs. Lelinho who continue to facilitate the club's enriching activities. The club meets monthly to discuss a specific book provided by the school. Meetings include book discussion and activities pertaining to the book's theme, plot, or setting.
