Link Summer Academy
Learning + Service + Leadership + Parent Involvement = Student Achievement
Link's month-long summer semester called the Link Summer Academy, is required for all incoming students of all grade levels. Through this program, Link aims to prepare incoming students with the necessary personal and academic foundation by introducing the school's culture of academic success; helping students meet select performance objectives in math and language arts; instilling a sense of community; and focusing on Link's Core Values. Through classes, enrichment activities, and field trips, the Link Summer Academy strengthens the school community by ensuring that all its participants—faculty, staff and students—are prepared and eager to learn during the upcoming school year. The Link Summer Academy is funded by Link Education Partners, Inc.
