Teacher, grade 2
Emily is excited to be joining the Link community as a 2nd grade teacher. She has 15 years of elementary experience in grades 2-5. Emily holds a BA in English and completed her teacher training at Middlesex University in London. During her teaching career, Emily has taught in schools in the UK, Uganda, Indonesia, Myanmar and the US. She aims to use the knowledge gained working in different school settings to create inclusive learning environments, where all students can be successful. Originally from Tennessee, Emily relocated to New Jersey last year with her family and is looking forward to building relationships with Link scholars and helping to expand the elementary program.
