Link will partner with the Newark Department of Health to host a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at the school (23 Pennsylvania Avenue, Newark, NJ), on Friday, December 17th, from 1 to 5 pm. The Pfizer vaccine will be offered to children ages 5 to 15, individuals 16 and older, and anyone who needs a booster. Students and their families are invited to attend and secure the vaccine. Children receiving a vaccine must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (21 years or older) who can give written authorization. If getting a second dose or a booster, you must bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Card. Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms will not be permitted entry into the building. All must wear masks and physically distance themselves while inside.
