Josephine Arizmendi, M.A.

Josie is a special education teacher in grade 2, after several years as a fifth grade classroom and special education teacher at Link. She began working at the school as the compensatory education teacher through an outside agency. Her role was to provide instructional services to students and support them in reaching their full potential. She is a certified teacher and received her B.A. from Hunter College in Elementary Education and Sociology. She completed her M.A. in Guidance and Counseling at Lehman College and obtained her special education certificate from Relay Graduate School of Education.
