Jeannette Rios, M.A.

Jeannette is an English as a Second Language teacher (ESL), with over fourteen years of experience working in the elementary grades (K-5). She graduated from Montclair State University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology with a concentration in Family & Child Services. During this time, Jeannette assisted families in need by supporting and ensuring they were connected with the proper community resources, as well as provided counseling services to families in crisis. She completed her Master’s degree in Urban Education at New Jersey City University with a specialization in ESL, and has been working in the city of Newark ever since.
