Debbie Paczkowski

Debbie graduated from Kean University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice. Before going into education, she worked as a probation officer in Newark and then moved to the financial industry with Prudential and Condor Capital Management. She then began teaching Physical Education at Roselle Catholic High School for 10 years, before taking on the role of secretary for the last 8 years. At Link, Debbie served as the School’s Confidential Secretary and Recording Secretory of the LCCS School Board o Trustees before switching to teach 6th grade math in 2024.
