Math Teacher, grade 6
Rosa was born and raised in Newark, NJ. She attended Rutgers University and earned an undergraduate degree in Business Management. After graduation, she accepted employment as a paralegal and obtained her paralegal certification while working for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Shortly after, she decided to change her career and obtained her Masters in Teaching from New Jersey City University. Throughout her college years, she substituted in several schools for the Newark Board of Education. She worked at a Catholic school in Newark for 10 years and is now a member of the Link Community.
