Three Linkers – Kelsey ’18, Kahohn ’16 and L’Nai ’16 – were selected to receive the distinguished “Heroes of the Heart” from The Heart of America Foundation. Since its inception, Heart of America has honored students and young people across the country who are the “heart and soul” of their communities with this award. Link teachers nominated the students who live the Core Values consistently, provide hope and inspiration to others, and enrich our school community. The students were honored at the Heart of America and Capital One READesign event on Thursday in front of the Capital One volunteers, staff and the students’ families.
