Congratulations to Sister Arlene Antczak. O.P. , Prioress of the Sisters of St. Dominic and Link trustee on receiving an honorary degree from Caldwell College at the school’s Commencement ceremonies on May 20th. The College bestowed the degree on Sister Arlene in appreciation for her years of service on Caldwell’s Board of Trustees and “for the wisdom and insights she had so generously shared in college affairs.” Read more…
Congratulations to Sister Ann Dominic Vano, O.P., who received the 2012 Dominican Peace Award. Sister Ann Dominic, who celebrated her 90th birthday in 2012 and her 70th Jubilee of Dominican Life in 2011, is a trustee emeritus at Link.
Another Link trustee, Sister Donna Marie O’Brien, O.P. received the Union County Education Services Foundation “Commitment to Education” Award on May 3rd. Sister Donna Marie is principal of St. John the Apostle School in Clark, which was named a Blue Ribbon School in September of 2011 by the U.S. Department of Education. Read more…
