Leslie Mitchell Baynes joined Link in 2008 as Director of Finance and Facilities. Leslie has worked in various areas of finance and facilities management for more than 15 years. Now as Head of Finance and Operations, she is responsible for devising and implementing financial strategies that will allow Link to maximize and maintain its financial resources and physical plant.
Throughout her career Leslie managed financial resources for a diverse group of companies; Hibernia National Bank, the largest financial institution in Louisiana, pop culture giant, MTV Networks and the legendary and progressive University, The New School.
Prior to joining Link, Leslie served as the Capital and Facilities Budget Manager for the New School where she developed strategies and guidelines for managing capital and facilities expenditures.
During her tenure at MTV Networks Leslie developed and managed multi-million dollar capital budgets and a regional facilities staff for the Planning and Design department. Leslie’s career in financial management began at Hibernia National Bank where she served as operations manager for the largest branch in New Orleans.
Leslie graduated from New York University with a BA in Organizational Behavior and Communications. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and son.
