After Care Program

For the 2025-26 School Year, Link Community Charter School will offer a fee-based on-site program for Link scholars. The program will run at each campus for the scholars attending the corresponding campus, beginning on Monday, September 8th.
Daily After Care Program

Families are required to pay $125/month for each child attending the program, with the exception of September, which has a slightly lower fee. The first month's fees are due immediately in cash or check by Friday, September 5th, and then moving forward fees must be paid by the 25th of the previous month, beginning with October's payment due by September 25th.

The program ends at 6 pm each day, with the exception of Fridays with a 5:30 pm pick up time. Families will be charged for late pickup. Multiple late pickups may lead to dismissal from the program

There are some limited dates where the program will not be offered, but these dates will be shared with families.
Wednesday Early Dismissal Day ONLY After Care Program
The cost for the Early Dismissal Wednesday ONLY After Care Program is $25/month. Fee due dates and expectations are the same as the Daily After Care Program.

Participating students will be held to the same expectations as during the school day. The school reserves the right to dismiss a participant due to failure to comply with behavioral expectations and the Core Values.

We are in the process of setting up online payment options but for now, please send cash or check to the main office or stop in to use a credit/debit card. Program for Parents is not accepted at Link.

If you wish to participate in Link's After Care Program, please complete either the Daily or Wednesday Only Form.  Both programs require you to complete the After Care Authorization Form as well as the registration form.

Families can also enroll in the Boys and Girls Club of Newark, located at One Avon Avenue, with after care programming from 3 pm to 7 pm. NO transportation is available from Link, but if families wish to transport their children there, the BGCN will happily serve our families. Annual membership and registration are required and must be completed before a child can start. Program for Parents is accepted. Once fully registered, students can begin to attend as the program is fully set up for the 2024-25 school year. Please communicate directly with BGCN at 973-242-1200 and let Link's main office and classroom teachers know who is picking up your child.
